Poetry like you haven't seen before
A Spoken word theatrical musical spectacular.
Presenting 3 shows in one night.
The Midnight Sermon by Guy Kelton Jones
Its not Religion... its Church, loud, sexy, hot, sweaty, wet, crying, dancing, singing, freeing, church... That's what it feels when you come to our show. We combine: jazz, soul, house, and spoken word into an unbelievable experience. The Midnight Sermon is immersive poetic theatre with musical intent. The participants are fully encouraged to participate in the experience. It is our show. And together we go higher.
"and the T stands for" Temi T, EP Launch
A Temi T show exists beyond performance. It's a live, immersive experience where poetry, music, and presence collide. This project is an act of self-assertion. Through released and unreleased pieces, Temi T doesn’t just perform poems — she inhabits them. Ethereal, grounded, and unapologetically herself, this is a set that moves beyond spoken word into something felt.
Poem for my Daughter by Mol Walker
Poem for my Daughter is a new semi-autobiographical piece that reflects on the
unknown elements of queer motherhood. To be both broody and a working-class, queer
creative felt to me like two things that couldn’t exist at once, and I wanted to explore that inner-conflict through poetry and movement. Mol began writing the piece whist working with Apples & Snakes last summer. Following an R&D with Common ground, this is a work in progress presentation.
