What’s on the menu?
• Soup Joumou – the iconic Haitian independence soup, rich, comforting, and full of tradition.
• Various Fritay Platters – crispy, savory Haitian street-food favorites. Chose from either; Chicken, Pork or Goat meat. All platters will be served with the following.
Banan Peze: twice-fried plantains, crispy on the outside and soft inside.
Pikliz: a spicy pickled slaw made with cabbage, carrots, peppers, and vinegar for the perfect tangy kick.
Marinad: savory Haitian fritters made with seasoned batter, fried until golden and fluffy.
Tickets for the Soup and Fritay are sold separately.
