A roundtable brings together experts in comparative politics and international relations to discuss the outcome of the Presidential election
On November 16, 2025 (and with a potential runoff on December 14, 2025, for the election of the president), almost 16 million Chileans will cast their vote to choose the president, 23 senators and 155 MPs. Jeannette Jara, José Antonio Kast, and Evelyn Matthei are competing to be the country's next president in what is likely to be a contested election, in which Chilean voters are primarily concerned with crime, immigration, and unemployment.
