And on the main stage, we're excited to share that this year we’re doing things a little differently. For the first time, we’re doubling up on Main Stage headline moments, with powerful speakers opening and closing the day.
Opening the Day
To kick off Step Forward 2026, we are delighted to announce TV and radio broadcaster, and co-founder of parenting platform Made By Mammas: Zoe Hardman in conversation with broadcaster, podcast host, writer and creative entrepreneur Angela Scanlon. Angela and Zoe open the day with an honest, humorous look at what it really takes to show up, sharing a candid, confidence-boosting conversation about owning your space and backing yourself - even when self-doubt arrives first. Trust us, you won't want to miss this one!
Closing the Day
TV personality, author, influencer and entrepreneur Amber Rose Gill will sit down with Founder of Skin Rocks and globally recognised skincare expert Caroline Hirons for a powerful fireside chat exploring how standards for women today are shaped by culture, visibility and identity and why confidence, authenticity and championing other women matter more than perfection.
