About Capitol CNCT

Capitol Hill's Community

Capitol CNCT is the platform that keeps congressional staffers connected — to each other, to opportunities, and to life in D.C. beyond their office walls. Built by a former staffer, for the staffers who came after him.

David founded Capitol CNCT "connect" to strengthen relationships, foster bipartisanship, and build community among Congressional staff.

Originally from Pittsburgh, David moved to DC in 2019 to pursue a career in politics. On the Hill, he noticed how antiquated and partisan Congress was and wanted to fix it. In response, he launched CNCT in 2022.

CNCT serves more than 9,000 staffers through newsletters, events, an app, and CNCT Purple—a bipartisan coffee matching platform.

David's passions include his Christian faith, Pittsburgh sports (especially the Pirates), coffee, wine, and cooking Italian food.

Connection that matters.

Capitol CNCT isn't just another networking platform — it's a space for building genuine relationships that help staffers establish roots in D.C. and invest in their futures. Rather than counting connections, we empower you to forge meaningful and lasting bonds. Our mission is to unite the next generation of political leaders through community, networking, and bipartisan dialogue.
